in a nutshell, a CPU ensures the successful execution of planned processes. Highly developed beings and systems have such a CPU. In humans, it's their brain. In computers, it's a separate component that ultimately provides the necessary commands and circuits. The crucial question now is: What is the CPU in serious New Quality trading?
